CES - Behaviour Support in Schools Programme

This programme will take you on an all-round approach to dealing with behaviour concerns inside schools. The session is aimed at empowering staff and supporting them to carry out actions that will benefit the children, staff and the school as a whole. The programme content includes de-escalation and how we record, reflect and plan for the future as well as guidance on dealing with serious incidents which involve the use of physical intervention. This session is made up of 7 videos and 7 quizzes. The videos cover the following topics... 1. What is behaviour 2. De-escalation and dealing with difficult situations 3. Recording incidents 4. Reflecting on incidents 5. Planning for incidents 6. Sharing recordings 7. Attendees: This training is suitable for: All staff who are in contact with children including: Management, Teachers, Pastoral Staff, Support Staff and School Outreach Workers Course Content: By the end of the training participants will have an all round awareness to supporting behaviour inside schools. The training is undertaken via video learning and quizzes. A personalised certificate is immediately downloadable. Each video has its own individual quiz, in total this programme has 65 questions. You must achieve an individual target percentage for each separate quiz to enable you to move on to the next section. It is advisable to watch each video and make notes.
